DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING:
Orders placed by noon can be hand delivered same day
Single basket orders will be shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will be will shipped no later than the following Monday.
GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
UPS Ground Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)
The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which the ground shipping is not selected.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS:
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us and we would be glad to help you.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas. These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to us at great expense

RECIPIENT ADDRESS:
Please supply complete recipient address information and phone number if available. We will not call your gift recipient unless it is required to complete delivery.

CUSTOM GIFT'S DELIVERIES ( GULF BEACHES AND PINELLAS AND HILLSBROUGH AREA):
Custom gift orders placed for local delivery will be delivered within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified or a future delivery date is requested. Same day delivery is available; however, a rush deliver fee may be incurred. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor, if possible. A door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.

Custom gift orders re-delivery attempts when no one is available to receive packages; or re-routed or re-shipping to corrected addresses will incurr an additional delivery or shipping fee.

SUMMER WEATHER SENSITIVE PRODUCTS:
During the summer months we avoid shipping chocolate items. We replace chocolates in baskets with non-perishable items that are of equal or great value.
HOLIDAY ORDERS:
Avoid the rush! Shop early to get the earlybird discount and we will hold your purchases for shipment or delivery on a later date, reducing the potential back-orders, out-of-stocks, and delivery delays.
For easy ordering call SUBSTITUTIONS: Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value. During the warm months, chocolates will be substituted for non-chocolate items of comparable or greater value.

CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.
However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us before deliver.or it will be non-refundable
REFUNDS:
We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 15 days of the gift being received
